President Ndayishimiye went to take part in the 18th summit of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of the Central African States, ECCAS in acronym, scheduled for Friday, November 27, 2020.
This 18th ordinary session of ECCAS is a first organized since the outbreak of COVID-19 and will be held face-to-face and not by videoconference.
Let’s recall that the Economic Community of Central African States was created in 1983 in order to promote the economic, social and cultural development of Africa with a view to create regional structures that can gradually lead to a common Market.
